The CE Mark indicates that a product complies with European Union safety, environmental, and quality standards. Sigma-Aldrich has satisfactorily completed the testing and registration required to obtain CE Marking for about 400 of its products in the cell culture, hematology, and histology product lines. Sigma-Aldrich produces biochemical and organic chemical products and kits used in the diagnosis of disease, scientific and genomic research, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical development.
