Randox Presents Full Suite of Reagent, Analyzer, and Quality Control Innovations

By LabMedica International staff writers
Posted on 19 Nov 2025

Randox is emphasizing its global reach and multi-disciplinary diagnostic offering at MEDICA 2025. More...

Exhibiting in Hall 3, Stand A08, the company is presenting a broad, integrated portfolio of reagents, analyzers and quality-control solutions designed to support laboratories, hospitals and point-of-care testing networks.

New innovations being spotlighted include the RABTA (Random Access Biochip Technology Analyser), a high-throughput, random-access platform designed for uninterrupted workflows and increased productivity. The RABTA incorporates Biochip Array Technology to deliver up to 44 results from a single sample, provides the first result in just 36 minutes, and processes up to 60 samples per hour. With rapid random-access capabilities, the analyzer provides precise and reliable results across a wide range of assays.

Also on display is the Vivalytic platform, a fully automated, all-in-one molecular diagnostics system developed in partnership with Bosch. Vivalytic consolidates extraction, amplification, and detection into a compact benchtop instrument. The cartridge-based workflow supports both high-plex and low-plex testing, and Randox Multiplex Biochip Technology enables the generation of multiple results from a single patient sample.

The Acusera Smart Controls range is another highlight. These third-party quality-control materials load directly onto analyzers to streamline QC workflows, reduce operator error, and consolidate control materials across multiple analytes and platforms. The range includes controls for clinical chemistry, immunoassay, liquid cardiac markers, and PTH. By eliminating the need to locate product inserts, manually enter QC ranges, or pipette and aliquot materials, the Acusera Smart range can save laboratories up to 60 minutes of valuable time per control.

In addition to these featured systems, Randox offers an extensive portfolio of open-channel reagents for clinical chemistry and immunoassay testing, quality-assurance solutions, and multiparametric testing panels powered by its Biochip Array Technology. Visitors to the Randox booth can learn about the company's comprehensive product range, cost-effective solutions, innovative technologies, and global reach and support.
