Sentinel Group Presents Full Diagnostic Portfolio at MEDICA 2025

Posted on 18 Nov 2025

The Sentinel Group, comprised of Setinel Diagnostics, Eureka Lab Division, and PRIMA Lab, is taking part in MEDICA 2025. More...

At booth D16 in Hall 3, Sentinel is showcasing solutions spanning fecal immunochemical testing, molecular diagnostics, chromatography, and lateral‑flow rapid tests.

Molecular diagnostic solutions on display from Sentinel Diagnostics include the SENTiNAT 200, a fully automated platform that provides everything required to perform complete multiparametric real-time PCR analyses for pathogen detection and quantification in human samples. The system is designed to work with STAT-NAT lyophilized kits (Stabilized Amplification Technology), based on Sentinel’s patented formulation developed to ensure long-term assay stability at room temperature.

Sentinel Diagnostics is also highlighting its complete line for fecal immunochemical testing (FIT) at MEDICA 2025. This includes the FOB Gold system, which features a unique “2-in-1” sample collection tube and a next-generation immunological latex reagent for detecting fecal occult blood. Additionally, the company is presenting CALiaGold, a quantitative latex immunoassay for fecal calprotectin measurement, a key marker of intestinal inflammation. Used together with the automated SENTiFIT 270 and SENTiFOB analyzers, CALiaGold provides a diagnostic workflow that helps differentiate inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

The company is further showcasing the SENTiFIT 8000, a high-throughput system for fecal immunochemistry designed for colorectal cancer (CRC) screening programs and laboratories handling large volumes of fecal samples. For fully automated sample loading, the analyzer connects to the RH-150 Rack Handler or can be integrated into a Total Laboratory Automation (TLA) system, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual workload.

At the Sentinel Group booth, PRIMA Lab is exhibiting its range of point-of-care rapid tests, including self-tests for Strep A and HIV 1/2, as well as rapid tests for C-reactive protein, urinary tract infections, vaginal pH, gastrointestinal pathogens, celiac disease, and fecal occult blood.

Eureka Lab Division, also part of the Sentinel Group, is presenting the world’s largest range of ready-to-use diagnostic kits for chromatographic analytical instruments. The company provides solutions that simplify, standardize, and improve analytical procedures in clinical laboratories through ready-to-use kits compatible with HPLC, GC, GC-MS, and LC-MS/MS techniques.

The Sentinel Group’s participation in MEDICA 2025 is described as a key moment to strengthen the group’s international presence and reaffirm its role as a strategic partner for laboratories, hospitals, research centers, and healthcare institutions worldwide.
