亚洲评估疟疾快速诊断检验

疟疾的快速诊断检验(RDT)已进入现场应用阶段,以补充并在某些情况下取代光学显微镜的金标准。

接受评估的RDT器件是CTK生物技术股份有限公司(San Diego, CA, USA; www.ctkbiotech.com)生产的Onsite (Pf/Pan) RDT,它能检测泛特异乳酸脱氢酶(pLDH)和恶性疟原虫特有的组氨酸富集蛋白2 (HRP-2)。372名患者中229人(61.6%)用显微镜检加巢式PCR检测疟疾感染的结果为阳性。OnSite (Pf/Pan) RDT诊断的灵敏度为94.2%,特异性为99.5%,诊断间日疟原虫的灵敏度为97.3%,特异性为98.7%。对两种疟原虫的灵敏度都随疟原虫分类计数而变化。最高灵敏度出现在那些501至1,000个寄生虫/微升的寄生虫血症发热患者身上,而不论疟原虫类型。
