YHLO (Shenzhen, China) is unveiling its latest innovations and breakthroughs in IVD at Medlab Middle East in Dubai, taking place February 5-8, 2024.

YHLO is launching the new iBC 900 automated chemistry analyzer which offers multidirectional modular expansion and compatibility with iFlash 3000, making it a game-changer for medical laboratories worldwide. At Medlab Middle East 2024, YHLO is showcasing its iFlash series of chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzers, including the iFlash 1200, iFlash 1800, and iFlash 3000. iFlash 1200 is the latest addition to the iFlash family, offering an unparalleled workstation to low-mid volume testing laboratories, especially with limited floor space. On the other hand, iFlash 1800 offers better efficiency and reliability with fewer outsourced samples, improved in-house controlled quality, and higher throughput. The iFlash 3000 chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is designed not only to meet the fundamental needs of large laboratories, but also to improve their efficiency, productivity, and quality.

In addition, YHLO is highlighting the VISION ESR analyzer that redefines the analysis of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR). The ESR is a nonspecific indicator of inflammation in the body. When there is inflammation or infection present, certain proteins in the blood cause red blood cells to stick together and settle more rapidly. By measuring the rate at which red blood cells settle, the VISION ESR analyzer provides valuable information about the inflammatory response, aiding in the diagnosis and monitoring of various conditions. It provides a real ESR curve and Bio-Rad control assigned value and delivers results in 20 minutes with excellent Westergren correlation. It uses primary EDTA tubes and offers batch and STAT test modes with a state-of-the-art design for the least maintenance.
