尿液沉渣分析是一种重要的检查,用于诊断肾病和泌尿系统疾病。临床实验室技术人员使用显微镜观察(显微镜检查),划分和检测尿液中的有形成分,包括血液中红细胞、白细胞和血小板。大约20年前开始能够使用流式细胞计量术对尿液中的有形成分进行自动定量分析。
Sysmex Corporation(Kobe,Japan)的尿液有形成分检查领域性新产品——UF-5000/4000/3000全自动分析仪已上市,用于分析尿液中的有形成分。该仪器将先后在全球范围内上市,2015年9月首先在日本上市。新型产品使用蓝色激光和其他技术改善检查结果的精密度和功能性,能用于检测尿液和其他体液。
使用模块理念,令设备能够灵活的增加检测样本的份数。在此理念下,本设备还能与尿液化学分析仪连接,在大型机构的多个设施间传输连接。为了优化客户的设备可用性,新型设备采用了“Silent Design 3"理念和简单的操作面板。该设备使用一些RFID4盒式试剂,简化了试剂的管理和更换。
为了提高客户的操作效率,新型设备联合使用了尿液分析工作领域信息管理系统(Urinalysis Work Area Information Management System,U-WAM),令尿液分析部门能集中管理检测结果。Sysmex以在该领域建立全球领先地位为目标,持续提供尿液分析领域的有价值产品。
