Jiangsu Bioperfectus Technologies Co. More...

, Ltd. (Shanghai, China) is participating in ADLM 2025, where the company is exhibiting its latest innovations in molecular diagnostics, along with its fast and reliable solutions for key infectious threats.

At this year’s ADLM, Bioperfectus is showcasing the SSP-GL01A fully automated NGS library preparation system that provides a flexible, fully-automated solution to standardized NGS library preparation. The easy-to-use system effectively reduces turnaround time and frees up laboratory staff, minimizing manual error and enhancing efficiency.

Bioperfectus is also highlighting SAW-48, its seamless sample-to-PCR solution that integrates cutting-edge mechanical, electronic, and software technologies. SAW-48 integrates sample loading, nucleic acid purification, and PCR setup functions in one instrument. The typical run duration is less than 45 minutes for 1-48 samples. Based on experienced magnetic separation technology, SAW-48 provides high-throughput automation combined with high performance. Also featuring at the show is the SSNP-2000B nucleic acid extraction system, which integrates new technologies such as machine, electricity, and computer software to enable automatic nucleic acid extraction of a maximum of 32 samples at one time.

Additionally, Bioperfectus is presenting its rapid diagnostic solutions for key infectious threats such as respiratory infections, Mpox (monkeypox), and vector-borne diseases. BioPerfectus offers a comprehensive flu diagnostic test portfolio ranging from POCT to Real-time PCR kits, ensuring labs have the tools to combat influenza viruses when they matter most. This includes the Allfastra SARS-CoV-2 / FluA / FluB / RSV Real Time PCR Kit, Respiratory Virus Panel (7) Real Time PCR Kit, Influenza A&B Rapid Test Kit, and Influenza Virus A/Influenza Virus B/H1N1 (2009)/ H3 Real Time PCR Kit (RUO). Bioperfectus is also highlighting its Monkeypox Virus Genotyping Real Time PCR Kit, an in vitro diagnostic test based on real-time PCR technology for the detection and identification of DNA from the West African clade and the Congo Basin (Central African) clade of Monkeypox virus.

Image: The “broth” used to monitor red blood cell depletion in whole blood spiked with one colony-forming-unit of E. coli bacteria, each incubated at different orbital shaking speeds—left to right: 0 RPM, 65 RPM, 120 RPM and 200 RPM—after four hours of incubation. This culturing raises a bacteria-rich, plasma-like layer of bacteria to the top of the vials, while clusters of stuck blood cells known as a Rouleaux formation sink to the bottom.
