Integrated Range of Solutions Designed for Preclinical Research Informatics

A platform has been developed that provides for registering, analyzing, and managing scientific data, an electronic laboratory notebook for chemistry and biology experiments, the ability to query and report research data, and to visualize with chemical intelligence.

(Basel, Switzerland) have licensed and globally deployed Dotmatics’ entire range of scientific informatics solutions for preclinical research data management.

(6) Pinpoint, a powerful Oracle chemical cartridge for querying and integrating chemical databases (Pinpoint was developed in collaboration with Astex Therapeutics, Ltd. [Dublin, CA, USA]) Pinpoint represents excellent indexing and search performance at a cost-effective price. (7) Register--a flexible and scalable chemical registration system. (8) Nucleus--a map and import biologic and nonbiologic data files into an Oracle database. (9) Studies--a new standard in screening data management. (10) Lastly, Studies Notebook--a web-based, electronic lab notebook (ELN) designed for all disciplines.
