New freeze dryers have been engineered to process reproducibly a wide range of pharmaceutical and biotech products. More...

Available from SP Scientific (Stone Ridge, NY, USA), the Virtis Benchmark Series lyophilizer helps the user avoid the potential pitfalls of transitioning the lyophilization process from the research lab to the pilot plant or pilot plant to full production.

Benchmark Series freeze dryers have numerous options that allow customers to configure the freeze dryer to fit into any facility and address any pharmaceutical application. The end result is a freeze dryer that is built to provide years of service with consistent results.

SP Scientific also provides a comprehensive range of after-sale support. The technical staff and field service engineers will provide installation assistance, validation, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ), and support documentation that makes the validation process faster, easier, and less troublesome. Control System Qualification packages are available on the company's Allen Bradley programmable logic controller (PLC)-based control systems. Steam In Place Sterilization and Clean In Place cleaning options are also available.

SP Scientific is a leading manufacturer of laboratory to production scale freeze dryers/lyophilizers, centrifugal evaporators, and concentrators, thermal control system and glassware washers.
