iC-GPC革兰氏阳性测定是一种定性的多重检验,可直接检测阳性血液培养物中引起细菌性血流感染的五种最常见的革兰氏阳性菌:金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌。通过多中心临床实验检验病人含革兰氏阳性球菌的血液培养物样本,该测定产品还检测到决定mecAvanAvanB耐药性的因素。

 

iC-GPC测定的总体百分比与美国德克萨斯州奥斯汀市Luminex公司(www.luminexcorp.com)BC-GP测定一致,为95.5%。通过聚合酶链反应(PCR)和双向测序方法进一步分析不一致的样本。结果说明iC-GPC测定再加上iCubate系统能准确可靠地检测血流感染中五种最常见的革兰氏阳性菌及其耐药标志物。

 

该研究的论文首先发表于2018613日的《临床微生物学杂志》(Journal of Clinical Microbiology)。作者总结说,iC-GPC测定提供了一种便宜得多的替代方案,尤其是对于中小规模医疗机构,实现血流感染常见革兰氏阳性菌及其耐药标志物的分子检测。
