The Fluke Biomedical Information Center app is intended to improve customer service in the mobile realm and was designed with field service professionals in mind. Detailed product information is available for all biomedical, diagnostic imaging, radiation, and nuclear power products. Product updates and industry news are accessible any time, with or without a Wi-Fi connection.

The app provides multimedia material, including videos that demonstrate product functions and operation; push notifications of current product updates; and a download function that offers biomedical engineers, quality-assurance technicians, medical physicists, oncologists and radiation-safety professionals access to product information, anytime and anywhere. The app covers all of Fluke Biomedical test and measurement equipment and services to the healthcare industry. The free app is compatible with iPad and requires iOS 6.0 software or later.

“We are tremendously excited to offer the new mobile app to medical device quality and safety professionals,” said Mandy Allen, field-marketing manager for Fluke Biomedical. “The app provides our customers with fast access to product information that will help them make informed decisions and obtain expert support when needed.”
