A lightweight motorized pipette controller weighing only 167 g accommodates common glass or plastic pipettes ranging from 100 µl to 100 ml.

Called the CappAid pipette controller, it features a powerful lithium battery with no memory effect and a battery life of 12 hours continual use. More...
It has a dispense selection of gravity and blowout with a fully adjustable speed setting. It is designed so that it can easily be placed on the bench top with the pipette mounted--without the pipette touching the bench.

Ultra violet (UV) light-resistant with a fully autoclavable nose piece, the CappAid controller comes with an exchangeable 0.2 µm PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) disc filter, and has a protective design for venting out corrosive liquids or fumes.

The CapAid pipette controller is a product of Capp A/S (Odense, Denmark), an independent Danish company entirely focused on the development and production of liquid-handling equipment for laboratories. Its product range includes single and multichannel manual and electronic pipettes, microplate washers for enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays (ELISA), systems for automated liquid handling, pipette tips, centrifuge tubes, and other accessories, such as reagent reservoirs.
