EUROIMMUN AG(Luebeck,Germany)EUROArray平台能基于PCR检测显性感染和隐性感染,因此适用于诊断有症状的患者和用于常规筛查。相对于培养法,此平台有巨大的省时优势,特别适用于检测很难或不可能在培养物种生长的性传播病原体。
该系统在单一多重PCR中通过扩增和荧光标记的患者样品中病原体DNA的特定部分工作。然后将PCR产物杂交至BIOCHIP微阵列载片上,载片上含有固定化互补DNA探针,用于检测其荧光信号。由EUROArrayScan软件全自动评价、解读和保存结果,因此结果高度标准化,具备客观性。
EUROArray系统检测和鉴别沙眼衣原体、奈瑟淋球菌、生殖支原体、人型支原体、解脲支原体、微小脲原体、杜克雷嗜血杆菌、梅毒螺旋体、阴道毛滴虫,以及单纯疱疹病毒1和2。
完整的EUROArray检测过程从样品处理至发布结果报告,是经过IVD认证和CE认证的。
