筛查原料血浆中HIV、乙肝和丙肝病毒的检验

目前,一种用于筛查血浆样品的核酸技术(NAT)检验方法可以用于筛查由96个人捐赠汇合在一起的原料血浆。

cobas TaqScreen MPX检验是一种定性体外检验方法,用于人体血浆中人体免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1 Group M RNA, HIV-1 Group O RNA, HIV-2 RNA)、丙肝病毒(HCV) RNA以及乙肝病毒(HBV) DNA的同步直接检测。MPX检验可在全自动实时Roche PCR cobas s 201系统上进行,系统有着独特模式设计,使用试剂方便,检验处理效率提高。系统具备使用多种染色技术进行多道运行的功能,能够同时检测多个病毒。cobas TaqScreen MPX和cobas s 201系统由Roche (Basel, Switzerland; www.roche.com)开发。检验已经得到美国食品与药物管理局(FDA)批准,也收到欧洲CE认证可以用于原料血浆的筛查。Roche还在同一平台上开发另外一种多种染色检测分析方法,即cobas TaqScreen DPX检验,可以同时提供B19病毒的定量结果和甲肝病毒的定性结果。
