Organized by and hosted for the first time in India, WorldLab 2026 is expected to welcome thousands of participants from around the world for five days of scientific innovation, collaboration, and global networking. The Congress will be held in India’s largest International Convention and Exhibition Center (IICC), located in Dwarka, New Delhi, 10 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport and Aerocity. WorldLab 2026 will serve as a platform to showcase the latest technologies and innovations in laboratory medicine, exploring their potential applications in healthcare. The Congress will enable an international forum uniting clinical laboratory scientists, researchers, clinicians, experts, in vitro diagnostic (IVD) professionals and other stakeholders for an enriching five-day experience of scientific exploration and education. This gathering will facilitate the exchange of ideas and foster collaboration between laboratory scientists and clinicians, with the ultimate objective of advancing patient care and outcomes.

The Scientific Program Committee will dedicate itself to curating an exceptional, thought-provoking, and inspirational multidisciplinary program covering a broad range of important themes such as innovative fields, new biomarkers, advanced diagnostics, and cutting-edge techniques utilized in laboratory medicine. The program will be designed to be interactive, allowing time for discussions and ensuring a valuable opportunity for the participants to improve their knowledge and skills. Esteemed international speakers and key opinion leaders will present on a myriad of topics spanning healthcare, recent diagnostic technologies, scientific breakthroughs, and the challenges. The topics suggested by the International Scientific Advisory Board will be considered in designing the WorldLab 2026 program. The IVD Sector will support the Congress organizing high-level Educational Workshops on important topics with eminent speakers presenting the latest scientific advances in all disciplines pertinent to laboratory medicine, and a great exhibition floor allowing the diagnostic industry to display their latest products.

“The IFCC WorldLab Congress 2026 will provide an international forum uniting clinical laboratory scientists, researchers, clinicians, IVD professionals, and other stakeholders,” said Prof. Tomris Ozben, IFCC President. “It will promote the exchange of ideas and foster collaboration, ultimately advancing patient care and outcomes. We are also committed to organizing a sustainable and environmentally responsible event.”
