Carl Zeiss Imaging System LSM 780 Receives R&D 100 Award

The annual award is given to the most technologically significant products introduced into the market in a variety of sectors, including biomedical, chemistry, and physics. The LSM 780 features a highly advanced detector, which enables researchers to increase of the scanning speed of imaging samples and provides improved image quality.

Carl Zeiss has won the R&D 100 Award in the past and the company takes pride in receiving the prestigious award once more. Ralf Engelmann, product manager at Carl Zeiss MicroImaging said, “The award for the LSM 780 shows that we are striving to continuously lead the way in the world of optical sectioning technologies.”
