EuroMedLab is the biggest European congress in the field of clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine, with more than 5,000 delegates and 4,000 visitors from over 100 countries. This prestigious joint event is organized every two years by International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC, Milano, Italy) and European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM, Milano, Italy). EuroMedLab 2025 serves as a platform to showcase the latest technologies and innovations in laboratory medicine, exploring their potential applications in healthcare. This gathering facilitates the exchange of ideas and foster collaboration among researchers and clinicians, with the ultimate objective of advancing patient care and outcomes.

The Scientific Program Committee has curated an exceptional, thought-provoking, and inspirational multidisciplinary program that encompasses a wide array of significant themes, including fundamental concepts, advanced diagnostics, and cutting-edge techniques utilized in laboratory medicine. Esteemed international speakers and key opinion leaders are presenting on a myriad of topics spanning healthcare, recent diagnostic technologies, scientific breakthroughs, and the challenges in laboratory medicine.

The congress also features plenary lectures, symposia, interactive roundtables, educational workshops, poster sessions, and a major industry exhibition. At the educational industry workshops, attendees gain practical insights into the latest diagnostic platforms, analytical solutions, and clinical applications directly from leading companies. The IVD Sector is hosting an extensive exhibition, offering attendees a prime opportunity to explore recent technological advancements, products, and services designed to enhance laboratory operations. The generous exhibition floor at the event features 111 booths where 115 diagnostic industries are displaying their latest products and innovative solutions. These practical solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of clinical laboratories, ensuring attendees to gain valuable insights and access to cutting-edge tools in the field.

EuroMedLab 2025 is also hosting several satellite events, including the 4th Young Scientists Forum, which offers tailored sessions aimed at empowering and inspiring the next generation of leaders in laboratory medicine. This year, EuroMedLab has set new records with an unprecedented 2,959 scientific abstracts submitted by researchers and professionals from around the globe. Additionally, a record number of IVD industry companies and IFCC Corporate Members are participating in the exhibition—indicating that this could be the best-attended and most impactful EuroMedLab Congress to date.
