Fraunhofer Institute of Laser Technology(Aachen,Germany)的生物医学工程师开发了“AnaLighter”,这是一种紧凑型诊断设备,用于分选细胞和生物分子。其技术核心基于一种光可切换微流控芯片,光学传感器和开关通过光纤与芯片相连。“基于激发荧光细胞分离器的微芯片”(μFACS)功能如下:导引荧光分析的生物分子和细胞通过一个微流通道,在光学测量部位,流体动力型换能器聚焦在10μm的横切面上。光纤产生的激光激发微流通道中的分析物,发出荧光。
然后,微光学元件关注光纤发出的激光摄入微流通道,收集那里产生的荧光,并导引荧光通过光纤进入光电探测器。与此前的技术发展水平相比,这种光纤设计大大减少了安装空间,令μFACS更坚固。因此,“AnaLighter技术”成为全年可用自动诊断应用程序的理想配制。
“AnaLighter”的频谱分离检测通道能同时检测血液中的不同标志分子。在此多元诊断中,血液样本中的这些标志分子被微离子混合物特定性固定,每一种粒子都能精确地结合一种分子。与传统FACS系统相比,μFACS技术除了能处理水溶液外,还能处理油包水乳液。
结合的标志物分子检测以特征荧光标记编码,并由16个检测通道之一检测其信号。这种多元诊断运行一次最多能检测16种不同的疾病标志物。每年的例行检查中,一名普通开业医生能通过单次验血及早检测出大量可能存在的疾病,以防疾病传播,如心血管疾病。分选功能还能在筛选过程中分离出适当的患者,以处理相关基因序列,例如转基因变体。该设备在2017年11月13-16日于德国杜塞尔多夫召开的国际医疗制造业零配件及原材料展览会(COMPAMED)上展示。
