Booth 3135召开的美国临床化学协会2015年会暨临床实验室医疗设备博览会(7月26日至30日;Atlanta,GA,USA)上展示了一种新的I类四通道HPLC仪,实验室能使用此仪器在一个设备上同时进行多个平行LC-MS分离。
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.(Waltham,MA,USA)现在提供了新的LX-4 MD HPLC,FDA将其列为I类医疗器械,用于一般临床使用。Prelude LX-4 MD HPLC的工作能力是单通道HPLC的四倍,在一个设备上使用四个平行的通道,能同时提供多达4个分离,简化LC-MS工作流程,减少质谱仪的空闲时间,并保持无可计平台空间。四个通道可以同时运行相同的或不同的LC-MS检测,为各种临床分离提供灵活性,并能将质谱利用率最大化。
